PEI maintains direct contact with oversight agencies and has successfully helped all of its clients meet all ethics-related milestones in compliance agreements with the federal government. Services have included education/training, organization development,hotline/ombudsman services and preparation of reports for oversight agencies. Focus-group sessions and administration of organization climate surveys are also among the products/services PEI delivers to these clients.

Firms no longer under compliance agreements frequently elect post-compliance, ethics-based education/training and organization development programs. Though not required, post-compliance voluntary efforts not only increase the likelihood that employees will continue to comply with ethical and legal standards, but also demonstrate to government oversight agencies the continuing commitment to these standards by the leadership of firms previously under compliance agreements.
