PEI conducts education/training and organization development programs with government agencies at federal, state and local levels. Programs have included seminars with federal career employees, elected city council members, city managers and staff, police, fire and other public safety officials. Focus-group sessionsand administration of organization climate surveys are among the products/services PEI delivers to these clients.
