Organization Climate Surveys
PEI administers a well developed and reliably tested anonymous survey
instrument that reveals employee perspectives on ethics and business practice.
A separate version adds questions most relevant to managers and supervisors
engaged in organization development, communications and leadership issues.
Results of surveys are tabulated, analyzed statistically, and fed back to
client. These surveys help give direction to customizing education/training
and have also proven quite useful to firms in compliance agreements with
government agencies.
Focus-Group Organizational Research
In addition to organization-climate
surveys, PEI conducts focus-group sessions with management and employees
that give direction to customizing its education/training program to meet
client needs.
